- Appointments will be purely provisional and subject to appearing in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, their candidature will be cancelled without prior notice.
- All candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA’s website. After creating the profile and before applying for any post, candidates are advised to print the “Personal Information Form” from ETEA’s website and get it CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
- Screening of candidates will be based on shortlisted candidates only.
- Screening of candidates will be based on test conducted by the ETEA.
- Candidates applying against equivalent qualifications shall be required to provide equivalent certificates issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) / Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) / relevant competent authority.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview. Candidates will be called for test/interview at any suitable place/center fixed by the Company.
- Candidates must clearly indicate the post applied for on the online application form. Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
- HAZECO reserves the right to withhold the appointment against any advertised post or to increase or decrease the number of posts without assigning any reason.
- Degrees are eligible for applying if the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Registration Certificate is essential for graduate engineers.
- The general age relaxation has already been included in the age mentioned against each position; no further age relaxation is allowed.
- Serving candidates in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel after obtaining a NOC.
- Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
- Candidates must qualify for each stage of the recruitment process at any stage.
- Dismissed/Screened-out employees of any organization/government service are not eligible for employment in HAZECO.
