Selection Procedure: A Merit-Based Approach

• Contractual Basis: Applications are invited for these project posts on a contract basis for a period of 2 years, with the possibility of further extension based on performance.

• Communication Channel: All communication regarding the recruitment process, including test schedules and interview details, will be made through the CTS and ESD websites.
• Written and Physical Assessments:Latest Rescue 1122 Candidates will undergo written and psychological tests, as well as physical tests and skill tests, which will be held at designated places.
• Result Display: The list of qualifying candidates for each stage will be displayed on the CTS and ESD websites after each process.
• Final Interview:Latest Rescue 1122 Shortlisted candidates will be called for a final interview at the Emergency Services Department Headquarters in Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.
• Document Verification and Medical Examination: At the time of the interview, candidates must submit their original academic certificates, domicile, Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), and other relevant documents for scrutiny. Successful candidates will also be required to undergo a thorough medical examination (including eyesight, hearing, chest, physiological and physical deformities) and laboratory tests for Hepatitis B & C, HIV, and RPR at the Government Teacher Hospital, DHQ Hospital Lahore.

Rescue 1122 is committed to providing a fair and healthy work environment for all its personnel. The following terms and conditions apply to these positions:

• Medical Fitness: Any person with vision less than 6/6 (each eye) without glasses and color blindness, obesity with a BMI of 30 or above, and Hepatitis B & C, HIV, and RPA positive shall be considered medically unfit at any stage of the recruitment process.
• Age Relaxation: No age relaxation is allowed in the upper age limit except for administrative posts within the Emergency Services Department, where a general 5-year age relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable.
• Height and Chest Requirements: Preference will be given to candidates with a height greater than 5.6″ (male candidates only), whereas the minimum chest size for male candidates must be 33″ with a 1.5″ expansion.
• One Suitable Post: Candidates are directed to apply only for one suitable post. Applications for more than one post will not be entertained.
• Domicile Requirement: Local residents as per CNIC will be given preference.
• Enhanced Qualifications: In the case of a large number of applicants, only candidates with preferred/enhanced criteria will be considered for further processing.
• Documentary Evidence: Candidates must have all necessary educational and experience certificates, duly accredited and issued by recognized institutions/authorities. All documents provided are subject to verification. Any misrepresentation or provision of false information will lead to disqualification and potential legal action as per the Government of Punjab rules. Successful completion of training and clearance by the medical board constituted by the Government of the Punjab is mandatory for final selection.
